Jamaa is a personal AI assistant for every team member, from Tyms. It knows their role, remembers context across conversations, and can answer questions, pull reports, draft work and carry out tasks on their behalf. The team works with its assistants in shared docs, sheets, dashboards and Discuss.
How is each assistant personalized?
The assistant knows the person's role, the teams they belong to, what they have access to, and the work they do every day. People can also shape how their assistant works with them. So a finance manager's assistant behaves differently from a sales rep's, even though it is the same Jamaa underneath.
Where do team members talk to their assistant?
In Jamaa on the web, or wherever they already work: Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Each assistant also has its own email address, so you can forward it work.
What stops an assistant from doing something it shouldn't?
Read-only actions run freely. Actions that change something in a connected system wait for the person's approval, and admins set the policy per integration. Every action is traceable in the admin area.

Jamaa is multi-model: we use the best model for each job across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Kimi and ElevenLabs. On Custom plans you can also bring your own AI keys.
